4 Useful Social Media Management Tools for Marketing Teams

It is no secret that the social media world is essential for any business nowadays. Whether your business is selling products or offering any kind of services, it is very important to have that social media presence. It is a great way to build an audience without spending a dime. To get the benefits and advantages of a social media profile, it needs to be run properly. This is why a lot of companies build their own marketing teams or at least outsource them.

However, even for those experts on the topic and marketing teams, it still very difficult to properly build a presence on websites such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, and many more. Because it is so difficult and complicated, especially when running several different profiles, they utilize the power of social media management tools.

These days, you could probably find hundreds of such tools if you were to search online. How can you know which one of these is going to provide the best benefits for the marketing team in your business? You cannot if you do not do the research.

Fortunately, you will not have to bother doing the research by yourself because I am going to provide you with a list of the best and most useful management tools that I could find. Out of this list, I am sure that you will find the software that is best for your company.

1. NapoleonCat

This is a software that is regularly used by a lot of Facebook advertising experts. It has a fair price, it offers a lot of benefits and the user interface is overall great. It is a package of all the things that one marketing team would need.

Of course, there are different pricing plans offered. Which plan you should get should depend entirely on how many profiles you plan on running and depending on how big your team is. For example, the standard edition allows the management of three profiles with just one user. This plan is $21 a month. With $21 a month, you will get a collective inbox of all profiles, a publisher, data analytics, and several other advantages.

If you want to get more benefits, you will need the Pro plan which is around $42 a month. Again, you will get access to managing three profiles with just one user. Fortunately, that is entirely customizable. You can stick to the standard plan, but you can increase the number of users and profiles that are manageable which is a great plus.

2. Kontentino

A serious problem I have with all of these software solutions offered online is the fact that I cannot know whether they are good or not. How can I know that this certain tool that costs a lot of money is going to help my business grow further and bring in more profits? Well, the answer to that problem is quite simple. A free trial. A free trial allows people to test out the product without wasting any unnecessary money. This is where Kontentino shines.

Kontentino offers 14 days of free trial. This is more than enough to test out the tools and reap their benefits. If you like it, you can pay to use it and continue enjoying all of those advantages and benefits.

However, this is just one of the many things that Kontentino offers. One thing that I especially like is that the plan for 10 users is 100 euros a month which is translated to $121. Considering how much users can use the tool at the same time, it is not expensive at all. With that same $120 package she will also get unlimited media storage, an unlimited number of posts and you can manage up to 40 pages.

If this is too much for you, you could go for the cheaper package that is only €44 per month. Of course, this will get you access to just three users. But, this is the perfect option for a smaller team.

3. ContentCal

For those that are looking for an intuitive and friendly user interface, ContentCal is the tool that you should pick. All of the important things are put in one place, the whole experience is so simple and easy to use. But, even though it is simple, you will still get access to all of the features that you need. Everything from asset management, analytics, publishing, collaboration, planning, and storage.

Fortunately, like all the previous tools I mentioned above, you can easily customize the offered packages. By default, the most affordable option, Pro, is just $17 per month, but you also get access with just one user which is quite unfortunate. But, at least you will get the ability to manage four different social profiles, chat and email support, analytics, and a few other things.

The second package, Company, is $47 per month with access to two users and eight social profiles. You will also get tons of other benefits such as a text editor, advanced video upload there, assigning roles, etc.

4. Buffer

I understand that not every startup company is ready to spend hundreds of dollars on a social media management tool. We cannot ignore that this is expensive, especially when you consider all the other expenses of a new business. Fortunately, there are free solutions out there. Buffer is that kind of software that offers you a completely free plan.

With Buffer, you get access to three different social channels, you can schedule up to 10 posts and only one user can do the management. Of course, none of this sounds too impressive, but considering that it is free, it is good enough in my opinion. Once your business starts growing and you can afford more expensive tools, you can always upgrade your plan. The Pro plan is just $15 a month while also getting access to different social channels with up to 100 schedule posts. If this is not enough for you, you can go for the Premium plan that is $65 a month. With this, you will have up to 2000 scheduled posts.

This is definitely a shortlist, but considering that all of these tools are quite similar in many ways, I thought that I should only share only the best ones I could find online. No matter which one you pick, I am sure that you will get some amazing advantages.
